I live in North Chattanooga and my friend lived in Hixson, so this was not a convenient choice for either of us, but I could not be happier with Shallowford. They are a very warm and caring group, from the front desk to the top vets. They have an excellent payment plan, with 3-4 different levels, and they do not try to talk you into the most expensive option. In fact, of the three cats I adopted, one is quite elderly and I was ready to invest in the most expensive level of their care packages, but they felt that wasn’t necessary and she is on the same level as the other two. And the payment plans are just an option if you are interested; not a requirement of any sort. Best vet experience ever! I am so glad we moved to this area to be able to switch to this awesome vet! The detailed explanation of the entire exam for each dog was emailed to me instantly after the appointment and we even got goodie bags for each dog on the first visit!
